- Virtual Intensive Therapy Programs (VITPs) for addiction, mental health, and trauma, offering comprehensive treatment from home.
- Post-treatment support, including discharge planning, Aftercare groups, and access to our alumni community.

What should I expect during inpatient treatment?
Our programs offer a holistic, structured schedule that supports your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. This includes individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, physical wellness activities, and mindfulness or grounding practices. You’ll live onsite in a supportive environment with 24/7 staff and access to clinicians, nurses, and counsellors. All meals, lodging, and essential amenities are included so you can focus fully on your recovery.

Our clinicians treat a wide range of concerns, including addiction (alcohol, drugs, prescription medications), PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, OCD, and eating disorders.
