Welcome to the Edgewood Health Network
Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Centres

The Edgewood Health Network mental health and addiction treatment centres are the largest and most experienced network of adult inpatient and outpatient treatment services in the country, reaching across Canada. Why is this important? Working together we build hope, inspiration and community based on a proven path to recovery. This expansive system allows us to offer treatments for drug, alcohol, sexual compulsion, problem gambling, and eating disorders.

Our core belief is that recovery and quality of life are possible for those in our care. Collaboration, courage and compassion set the tone for the care we provide. We always engage our patients with the respect and honesty they deserve, through every step of their journey towards recovery.

At EHN, no two patients are exactly the same, and our philosophy of care recognizes this. Our treatment plans are designed to set patients and clients on their own individual journeys to recovery. We know that addiction and mental illness thrive in isolation, which is why we create safe, honest, and trusting therapeutic communities for our patients, clients, and families to share in the healing process. This is why we provide ongoing, open-ended support, for as long as you need it. We call it our continuum of care – but more on that later.

With expertise in many different areas of addiction and mental health treatment, Edgewood, Bellwood, WaterStone and our network of outpatient clinics are ready to respond to any scenario. In over 50 years of combined experience, we have helped thousands successfully begin their journey to recovery. We are dedicated. We are courageous. And we are compassionate. So if you, or someone you know, is suffering, contact us today.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I thought my daughter was going to die – and she would have – without your intervention and her desire to live again.”

Safety precautions against COVID-19

COVID-19 should not prevent someone from being able to receive life-saving addiction and mental health treatment. Rest assured that we are taking every step possible to protect our current patient population from contracting the infection.

Our facilities have policies and protocols in place to protect patients, including screening new patients, limiting visitors, and moving aftercare groups to online meetings.

Continue to our action plan to see what we are doing to protect our patients from COVID-19.
