Chelsea Lee is a licensed Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) and trained intervention specialist supporting families impacted by addiction and mental health challenges. With over eight years of clinical experience and more than two decades of lived experience, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. ​

Her background includes service as a 9-1-1 dispatcher and Primary Care Paramedic (formerly EMT), along with years working in inpatient treatment settings supporting individuals through recovery. Chelsea’s approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and grounded in compassion, clarity, and practical guidance. ​

She is known for her discretion and professionalism, working with individuals and families navigating complex personal and professional circumstances. Her work is rooted in confidentiality, thoughtful planning, and collaboration with medical and advisory teams when appropriate. She is a member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association and the Association of Intervention Specialists. ​
