Laura Denham brings a strong background in addiction, mental health, corrections and community-based nursing. She is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, person-centered care. Her experience includes case management, comprehensive care planning, and advocacy, all grounded in inclusive trauma-informed practices. As a leader, Laura fosters a supportive team culture built on open communication, respect and shared purpose.

A graduate of the College of the Rockies, Laura is also committed to lifelong learning, with pursuits of additional education in concurrent disorders, supporting her belief that ongoing professional development is key in providing quality evidence-based care. Outside of work, Laura enjoys painting, pottery and yoga – creative outlets that reflect her holistic approach to wellness.
