Patricia “Patti” Pike

Patricia (Patti) Pike is the Founder and CEO of CanAm Interventions, bringing decades of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and family systems work. She holds a Master’s Certification in Addiction Studies and is a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LAADC), CADC-II, and Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICAADC). She is also a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP/CCIP) and holds an Adult Instructor Diploma from Simon Fraser University. ​

Patti serves on the Board of the Association of Intervention Specialists (AIS) and provides professional training throughout the United States and Canada. Over the course of her career, she has trained and mentored hundreds of clinicians, interventionists, and behavioural health professionals in ethical intervention practices, clinical facilitation, and addiction counselling. ​

Since 2011, Patti has led interventions internationally, working with diverse populations including First Nation communities, executives, licensed professionals, and families in acute crisis. She specializes in substance use disorders, complex mental health interventions, and high-accountability family systems work. ​

Holding dual U.S. and Canadian citizenship, she brings a unique cross-border clinical and systems perspective to her work. As a professional in long-term recovery herself, Patricia integrates lived experience with advanced clinical training to deliver strategic, compassionate, and results-driven support to individuals and families navigating addiction and mental health challenges. ​
