EDUCATION

How can you talk to your employees about mental health? HR and supervisors will learn the skills they need to sensitively approach employees who maybe be struggling and talk about treatment options.

EMPLOYEE SELF-ASSESSMENT

How can an employee know if they are struggling with a mental health disorder? Our self-assessment is a good place to start, followed by a diagnosis from a doctor.

How is Mental Health Connect Different from EAP?

If your organization already offers Employee Assistance Programs (or EAPs), that’s a great start. For most employees, it can provide the care and help they need with minor systems of mental health disorders. But others may need more intensive care. This is where Mental Health Connect comes in.

    Mental Health Connect can cost only a few dollars per employee per month. The cost of bringing Mental Health Connect to your organization will depend on the number of employees you have and the level of coverage you want. Talk to an EHN Canada representative to find out more about more.
  • How many employees can Mental Health Connect cover?
    Mental Health Connect can cover as few as 100 employees and as many as thousands.
  • Can employees access more than virtual treatment?
    Yes. While our virtual treatment programs are included in Mental Health Connect, employees can also access inpatient treatment and individual counselling for more severe mental health concerns.
