What is a Virtual Intensive Therapy Program (VITP)?
The Virtual Intensive Therapy Program (VITP) is an online treatment program designed for individuals facing addiction, mental health concerns, or trauma. You’ll receive structured support in the form of individual therapy, group therapy, and skill-building—all from the comfort of your home.
VITP is ideal for individuals who:
- Struggle with substance use, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or trauma
- Need more intensive support than traditional therapy but can’t take time off work or family life
- Prefer virtual care from the privacy of home
- Want a structured program that fits into their schedule

EHN Canada’s Virtual Intensive Therapy Programs are designed to provide structured, evidence-based treatment for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our approach integrates individual therapy, small group sessions, and psychoeducation to promote lasting change and recovery. With a focus on accessibility and convenience, our virtual platform allows you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home.
Advantages of Virtual Intensive Therapy
- Flexible Scheduling: Attend sessions that fit into your daily routine, reducing disruptions to work, school, or family life.
- Enhanced Privacy: Engage in therapy from a private space, allowing for greater comfort and openness.
- Consistent Support: Regular sessions and Aftercare ensure continuous guidance and encouragement throughout your recovery journey.
- Comprehensive Care: Access a range of therapeutic modalities and resources to address various aspects of mental health and addiction.
Why Choose Virtual Intensive Therapy Programs through EHN Online?
This is a focused, short‑term program that runs for eight weeks. Each week, you meet one‑on‑one with a therapist and join small online groups led by a clinician. Most people spend about nine hours a week in sessions. After the eight weeks, you’ll have ten months of weekly Aftercare to help you keep your progress going.
This program supports individuals who are dealing with substance use, depression or anxiety, or workplace trauma/PTSD. You might be new to therapy or returning after a break. If we think you would do better with a different level of care, we’ll explain your options and help you transition.

Why Virtual Intensive Therapy Programs Work
Online therapy is effective because it provides the same benefits as in-person care but in a more accessible way. By attending from home, you’re more likely to show up regularly and stay engaged in your treatment. It allows you to work on important skills in a comfortable, private space—leading to better results.
Recovery is possible. This is how VITP can help.
Eight weeks of virtual treatment from the comfort of home
Nine hours per week of group and individual therapy with Masters-level clinician
Ten months of Aftercare for ongoing support
