- Recognize suicide is preventable and identify suicide prevention strategies.
- Identify suicide risk assessment as a process and identify core principles for assessing risk.
- Understand the who, why, what, when and where of suicide risk management, and developing safety plans.
- Recognize the importance of self-care and explore coping strategies for the clinician.
