Join us on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm EST as Crystal Bell speaks about how one can develop foundational competence in managing a mental health crisis, as well as being able to identify individuals at risk for suicide, ultimately providing prevention measures.


  • Recognize suicide is preventable and identify suicide prevention strategies. 
  • Identify suicide risk assessment as a process and identify core principles for assessing risk. 
  • Understand the who, why, what, when and where of suicide risk management, and developing safety plans. 
  • Recognize the importance of self-care and explore coping strategies for the clinician.
