Maria serves as the Director of Operations & Business Services at EHN Edgewood Nanaimo, where she oversees multiple teams and guides the overall operations of the facility. Before joining EHN Canada, she spent 28 years in the telecommunications industry, building a reputation as a compassionate, people‑centred leader while supporting both local and national teams. She is inspired by authentic and vulnerable leadership grounded in care, respect, and compassion.

Her own life and lived experiences have instilled in her a deep passion, care, and understanding for mental health and addictions, which brings her pride in being part of the EHN Canada team and the opportunity to share her knowledge along the way.
