Joe Blomeley

Chief Operating Officer

Joe Blomeley is the Chief Operating Officer at EHN Canada, where he leads national operations with a focus on advancing access to care, strengthening service delivery, and improving outcomes across the organization’s network of mental health and addiction treatment services. He brings extensive experience in driving operational performance, enhancing commercial growth and scaling integrated health solutions across complex environments. Prior to joining EHN Canada, Joe served as Executive Vice President and Head of GreenShield Health, where he established and built GreenShield’s health business into Canada’s fastest growing digital health service provider. His background spans both private and public sectors, with experience in enterprise growth, operations and systems transformation. Joe holds a Masters Degree from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University and a Bachelors Degree from Western University. He was formerly Chair of the Ontario Shores Foundation for Mental Health, and a past board member of the Canadian Mental Health Associations – York and South Simcoe.
