Lindsay is a Counsellor in the Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use. She completed her Master in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has been working in the social work and mental health field for approximately 10 years, particularly with young people involved in child protection services and individuals experiencing homelessness. Since graduating, Lindsay continues to focus on and enhance her professional training in the area of concurrent mental health and addictions. She emphasizes the importance of a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship grounded in humility, collaboration and genuineness as she works with individuals to explore areas of concern, change and growth.
