Tammy is focused on employee experience and building a positive, employee and client privacy, thriving workplace and a recognized and esteemed employer brand at EHN Canada. Tammy has led the implementation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), aligned multiple human resources processes and policies across the business, and supported recent growth initiatives in AB, BC, and SK. Prior to EHN Canada, Tammy was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Staples Inc. for over a decade, where she supported various parts of the business and its subsidiaries, including HiTouch and Quill, in both the U.S. and Canada. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto with honours and currently holds SHRM, CHRP, CHRL, and CHRE designations. She also holds an active certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in Adult Mental Health First Aid (U.S.) and has recently completed a Labour Law program at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School, as well as a specialization program at Harvard Business School.
