Evidence-Based Virtual Aftercare
This is a fully-funded, abstinence-based, online maintenance program that can be accessed following addictions treatment.
The residents of the Northwest Territories have access to Addiction Support Aftercare delivered virtually by EHN Canada. The care includes the following components: groups sessions, digital app support and access to specialty treatment groups.

Who qualifies for fully funded virtual aftercare treatment?
This program is available to those who:
Have completed an inpatient addiction program or land-based Indigenous treatment program.
Are willing to participate in group therapy
Can read and write in English or French
Have reliable internet access and a computer, laptop, or tablet
Are a resident of the Northwest Territories
Care that is safe and culturally competent.
To provide a caring environment for recovery, all team members involved in treatment are trained in Indigenous cultural safety. As a result, we’re able to provide sensitive care, fostering a safe and supportive virtual space for healing.
