Afternoon
After a delicious, nutritionist-planned lunch, you’ll attend a one-on-one therapy session or a workshop focused on goal setting or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Some days you’ll have free time to focus on self-care routines.
Evening
In the evening, you’ll practice the skills you’ve been learning in therapy with your DBT group. Then you’ll unwind with some more physical recreation, like a volleyball game with fellow patients, and dinner to follow.
