Hannah Smythe
Social Worker/Primary Clinician
For eight years, Hannah has worked with those impacted by trauma (mainly first stage trauma work around safety and stabilization) and addiction. She has also worked with those affected by homelessness, mental health, women with C-PTSD or Axis II diagnoses and polysubstance/alcohol use in both a case management and clinical therapy capacity, specializing in working with individuals with high-risk opioid disorder in both medical and non-medical settings. Hannah has specialized training in Housing First Case Management, Opioid Use Disorders, Rapid Access Addiction Medicine, Advanced Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and is an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist. She also has additional training in ACT (beginner's level), CBT, Mental Health First Aid Certification, CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, GAIN-Q3 ONT Assessment Certification and presently works part-time for CAMH as a local facilitator of the remedial measure's program, Back on Track.
